Grinder Bits, 2 pk

Fits most standard grinders. Includes two bits, two hex wrenches, and  installation instructions.

Use 60 mesh bits (Coarse Grit) for removing a lot of material at once.

Use 100 mesh bits (Standard Grit) for grinding and shaping.

Use 220 mesh bits (Fine Grit) for refining the edges and removing any little chips.

Use 600 mesh bits (Ultra Fine Grit) for smoothing (use a LIGHT touch so as not to actually remove any additional glass and alter the shaping, you just want to smooth the edges).

Wash ground edges well, using a soft bristle brush to remove any residue that will show up after firing. Dry well before applying heat.

Color-change (from the nickle to brass) on the cylinder indicates that the fine diamond grit has worn away and needs to be replaced.
